Cancellation PoLicy

While I understand life gets busy and things happen, I ask that before rescheduling or canceling that there is at least a 48 hour notice. If the need to cancel or reschedule arises, a 48 hour notice is required. In the event that a 48 hour notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

No showing an appointment will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
 

*If you are sick please stay home! Reach out to reschedule immediately.

*All clients are required to keep a card on file

LATE PoLicy

I will always try to work with your schedule and hiccups that arise. 10-15 minutes late may cause your appointment to get adjusted or shortened to fit within the scheduled time. 30+ minutes may cause rescheduling. If you are going to be late, please let me know as soon as possible!

Retweak

Having a thorough consultation before a service begins is key to avoid you not loving your hair. If after your appointment, something feels off or you’re not loving it please reach out within 3 days after your appointment. Often times the corrections are small, easy fixes on my end so don’t hesitate to reach out!
